Nab Direct Debit Service Agreement

It is your responsibility to explore with your financial institution that direct debits are available on your account before completing the debit application plan. You should always make sure there is enough money available in your designated account to deal with a charge on the due date. It is your responsibility to let us know if your designated account needs to be changed, transferred or closed. They are responsible for all costs that may result from the use of the collection facility, including fees charged as a result of unpaid levies. These fees will be debited to your cash account. If you have no charge that you have requested, you are required to pay an amount to be paid. If you subscribe to a debit application plan, you allow us to deduct a certain amount from your Australian bank, credit bank or credit union account and transfer the amount to your account to the service. The debits apply to one-time monthly payments, as you requested on your application. The samples are taken at or around the preferred date set by you on your application. If no date is indicated, the samples can be taken on the day or around the month we process your application. If the charge`s due date falls to a non-professional day, the charge is applied the next business day. We will make you available no later than 14 days after the written notification of the changes we wish to make to your collection system.

We and/or your financial institution may charge you a non-registration fee for unpaid deductions and we can cancel your debit system if the debits are returned three times in a row without pay. We will retain all information you have provided, including details of your designated account with the financial institution, privately and confidentially, and we will use this information in accordance with our privacy policy. We will immediately review and respond to all requests or complaints regarding charges. We strive to give you a response within five business days. We can terminate this agreement, but only by giving you a letter of at least 14 days. The service contract contains the terms and conditions under which you authorize Navigator Australia Limited to debit money from your account and the obligations arising from that agreement. You should read the service agreement carefully to ensure that you understand these terms and conditions. All questions about your collection system are directed to 132 652 Monday to Friday between 8 a.m.

and 6 p.m. MESZ/AEDT. You can forward all requests for the collection facility to the after-sales service.
